Dear Patti Anne,
Before I leave for college and school begins, I just want to thank you so much for the last year and a half. It’s hard for me to imagine where I would be without you and everyone at A2, but I know that I would not have graduated high school and had the confidence to apply to a college I really loved. I walked into your office two Februarys ago not knowing who I was and hating who I was pretending to be. You have taught me the importance of integrity and living an honorable lifestyle. I really did believe I would be doing drugs and living the lifestyle of an addict forever. You gave me the tools and inspired me to make a change, and for that I will be eternally grateful. No matter what happens next year, I know I have someone I can count on and I’ve never had that before. Thank you for being a good role model and showing me love when I was really down. Trust and love were two things I barely knew about before meeting you... I really admire everything you do. You have created such an amazing place that has rescued me time and time again. This year at college I will try to remember everything you taught me, but I’ll for sure come home for a session or two just to be reminded. Thank you for arming me with all the right tools to succeed. I admire and love you Patti.
We want to thank you and your dedicated staff for all that you did to educate and aid us these past seven months. We had no idea where to turn for help when (our son) got into trouble. We heard from our referral that A2 was the best place and I believe it was. We were lucky to have found you. You are doing good work there and getting good results and we are eternally grateful for the education and guidance you provided. You can tell that everyone there is serious about getting results; all the counselors were dedicated yet caring. We all learned a lot…
